how to use active wallpaper

install the theme normally as you always do. that way you'll have the colors and icons all matching. if you want to use the active wallpaper, unzip the folder and tuck the whole folder that includes the pictures and html file somewhere easy to find it, and leave it there. (Like in your My Documents folder for example)

right click anywhere on your desktop. click on properties. this window pops up

click on browse. this window pops up

find the active wallpaper folder you put in your my documents folder

double click on the file that looks like a web page link (it looks like a web page because that's what active wallpaper is...a web page on your desktop)

the active wallpaper is now selected. click on apply

this window will probably pop up. click on yes

that's all there is to it!

don't want the active wallpaper for a while? right click on your desktop. click on active desktop and unselect view as a web page.

if you click on an applet and it stops working, just right click on your desktop and click on refresh.

want it off your puter forever? delete the folder.
